Cut-to-Order Fabrics – Final Sale

All fabrics sold by the yard are individually measured and cut according to your selected length.

Because these items are custom cut specifically for your order, cut fabrics are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and not eligible for exchange.

Once cut, fabric cannot be restocked or resold. If you are unsure about color, texture, or weight, we strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing your full order.

Risk-Free Returns for Eligible Items

For non-cut items, we offer a 90-day return window from the date of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused
  • Items must be unwashed
  • Items must be in original condition
  • Items must show no signs of wear or damage

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our mistake.

Damaged or Incorrect Items – Fully Covered

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and clear photos.

After verification, we will promptly:

  • Send a replacement at no cost, or
  • Issue a full refund

We take full responsibility for product quality and order accuracy.

Lost Packages – Protected Purchase

If a shipment is officially confirmed lost by the carrier, we will re-send your order or issue a full refund.

Your purchase is protected from dispatch to delivery.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once processing has begun — especially for cut fabrics — orders cannot be cancelled.
