Shipping:

Thank you for choosing our products! All orders are shipped from either Shenzhen or Hong Kong, China. We kindly request 3-5 business days to process your order through our shipping agent. To ensure prompt delivery, we recommend providing a valid phone number at checkout. Please note that we only ship to the address provided on your Crose order, so please ensure the accuracy of your shipping details.

We ship all orders with a tracking number and take full responsibility for any lost packages. In the event of a lost package, we will re-send the order or offer a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Estimated delivery time is 1-2 weeks for orders shipped to the US, UK, CA, AU, EU, and 2-3 weeks for most other countries.

Returns:

For cutting fabric orders, all sales are final. Cancellations can be made within 4 hours of placing your order. Fabric orders cannot be cancelled or returned after cutting, unless the quality of the fabric is defective.

For silk bedding and other silk orders, you can return your items within 90 days of receiving them, provided they are returned in their original packaging and with the original labels attached. Please note that custom orders, washed, or used items are excluded from this policy. Shipping costs and taxes are excluded from the refund.
