Shipping

Orders are shipped from Shenzhen or Hong Kong, China. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before dispatch.

A valid phone number is required at checkout for international delivery and customs clearance. Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are complete and accurate.

All orders are shipped with tracking. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Express delivery generally takes approximately 1–2 weeks to the United States, Canada, Europe and Australia. Delivery to the United Kingdom generally takes 3–10 business days. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, local carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless clearly stated at checkout. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns and Cancellations

Cut fabric is made to order and is considered final sale. Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase. Once fabric has been cut, the order cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the fabric, packaging and shipping label. After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Slight variations in color, texture and finish may occur between production batches and different screens. These variations are not considered defects. We recommend ordering a sample before purchasing a larger quantity when exact color or texture is important.

Original shipping charges, import duties and taxes are non-refundable.
