CROSE may support custom dyeing, digital printing and selected finishing requests for suitable fabrics within our own silk and natural material range.
This service is designed for designers, studios, small brands, fabric buyers and professional projects that require a specific color, printed artwork or finishing effect on an approved fabric base.
Custom work is available only for selected fabrics within the CROSE collection. We do not provide general fabric sourcing, custom pattern design or one-off small custom production.
What We Can Support
Custom availability depends on the fabric type, quantity, color requirement, artwork file, production schedule and current factory capacity.
- Solid color silk fabric: MOQ 100 yards per color.
- Digital printing with client’s own pattern: MOQ 50 yards for silk fabric.
- Digital printing on ramie or linen: MOQ 100 yards.
- Stone-washed silk fabric: MOQ 200 yards.
Minimum order quantities may vary depending on fabric base, width, finishing process and production conditions. Please contact us before planning a custom project.
Custom Solid Colors
For selected silk fabrics, custom solid color dyeing may be available from 100 yards per color.
A color reference is required before production. This may include a Pantone reference, fabric cutting, physical color sample or clear color standard. Screen colors are not enough for accurate dyeing.
Please note that exact color matching cannot be guaranteed without sampling. Silk reflects light differently depending on weave, weight, yarn, finishing and dye bath.
Digital Printing
Digital printing may be available for selected silk, ramie and linen fabrics.
Clients need to provide their own original artwork file. The file should be clear, high resolution and suitable for textile printing. Repeat size, direction, scale and color requirements should be confirmed before production.
- Silk fabric: MOQ 50 yards.
- Ramie or linen fabric: MOQ 100 yards.
We can print client-owned artwork, but we do not provide custom pattern design or copy protected designs from other brands.
Stone-Washed Silk
Stone washing may be available for selected silk fabrics from 200 yards.
This finishing process can soften the hand feel, reduce surface shine and create a more relaxed, washed character. The final effect may vary depending on fabric structure, weight, dye color and finishing conditions.
Stone-washed silk should be confirmed carefully before larger production, especially for color-sensitive or repeat-order projects.
Sampling and Production Notes
For custom dyeing, printing or finishing, we usually recommend confirming a sample before larger production whenever possible.
Custom production may involve color variation, print variation, shrinkage, finishing marks or batch differences. These are especially important to consider for natural fibers and silk fabrics.
Production time depends on the fabric base, order quantity, artwork confirmation, dyeing or printing schedule and finishing process.
What We Do Not Offer
To keep our custom service focused and reliable, CROSE does not offer the following:
- General fabric sourcing outside the CROSE material range
- Very small one-off custom yardage
- Custom pattern design service
- Copying prints or designs from other brands
- Guaranteed exact color matching without sampling
- Custom production without confirmed fabric base and quantity
Custom Inquiry
To begin a custom dyeing or printing inquiry, please send us the fabric base, target color or artwork file, quantity, delivery country and expected timeline.
For digital printing, please also include the artwork file, repeat size, print direction and any color references if available.
For custom solid color dyeing, please include a Pantone reference or physical color sample if possible.
The more details you provide at the beginning, the easier it is for us to check whether your project can be supported within the CROSE material range.
