Made to order.
Every order is custom-made to your requirements (except for silk garments and accessories). Please allow 1-5 business days for us to sew your bedding before it is ready to be shipped.
We will tailor the bedding to fit your bed perfectly, so please provide us with your bed measurements when placing the order.
If you don't provide measurements, we will make the bedding based on the standard size you have chosen.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped from either Shenzhen or Hong Kong, China. We kindly request 1-3 business days to process your order through our shipping agent. To ensure prompt delivery, we recommend providing a valid phone number at checkout. Please note that we only ship to the address provided on your Crose order, so please ensure the accuracy of your shipping details.
We ship all orders with a tracking number and take full responsibility for any lost packages. In the event of a lost package, we will re-send the order or offer a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Default delivery time is 1-2 weeks for orders shipped to the US, UK, CA, AU, EU, and 2-3 weeks for most other countries.
We offer FREE DHL/FEDEX 3-7 business days delivery for order amount over USD 500.
